Panama Wins $100M Arbitration for Expropriation of Hotel on Indigenous Reservation

Panama has obtained a favorable award in the arbitration it has maintained since 2013 with Álvarez y Marín Corporación SA and others before a tribunal of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) that has dismissed the claims for expropriation of a hotel project in a Panamanian indigenous reserve.
