WE DEFEND INTERESTS IN AVIATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES

We have represented the interests of potential investors seeking to establish operations at airports located in the Republic of Panama. Additionally, the Firm has participated in representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Panamanian Civil Aeronautical Authority and the state-owned company that operates Tocumen International Airport.

Likewise, the Firm has represented clients who are pilots and members of the Panamanian Union of Commercial Aviators (UNPAC), as well as members of its Board of Directors. In this regard, we have participated in civil, criminal, and labor litigation proceedings, and have represented the interests of this union before the National Assembly of Panama and the Panamanian Aviation Company (COPA) regarding the approval of civil aviation regulations.
