He is part of our Board of Directors and is in charge of the supervision of the Litigation area in general and the services related to the registration of ships in Panama. In addition, he is the designated attorney responsible for advising our clients on real estate matters. He served as Consul General of the Republic of Panama in Kobe, Japan for five years.

Beneficiary of the IFARHU-MEF Scholarship Program to pursue advanced studies in International Business and Commercial Law at Fordham University School of Law, in New York, United States of America. Currently, he is part of our Board of Directors and is the partner in charge of the corporate, financial and banking services of our firm. He served as Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Panama for five years.

Responsible for representing parties involved in litigation, civil and criminal proceedings, drafting contracts, acting in family law proceedings, and handling administrative procedures before government institutions. In commercial matters, he provides legal advice to companies, ranging from contract analysis, company formation, and taxpayer registration, to the implementation of operations through business licenses and operating notices.
